1 Acceptance of Terms

By access and use of TaskletPay (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2 User Accounts & Security

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are restricted to one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts or attempts to manipulate the system will result in permanent suspension without refund of any balances.

3 Account Activation

Certain features, including the ability to perform high-paying tasks and initiate withdrawals, require a one-time activation fee of ₦1,000. This fee is non-refundable as it covers account verification and initial platform overhead.

4 Payments & Earnings

• Earner Payments: Earnings are credited to your virtual wallet upon approval of task proof by administrators or advertisers.
• Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is determined by platform settings (typically ₦2,000). Processing times vary but usually complete within 24-48 business hours.
• Advertiser Deposits: Funds deposited for campaigns are dedicated to task payouts and service fees.

5 User Conduct

Users shall not upload fraudulent proof, use automated systems (bots) for task completion, or engage in any activity that harms the platform integrity. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these standards.

6 Liability

TaskletPay is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the quantity of tasks available at any given time. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use or inability to use the service.
